Celadore
Edition excerpt from Celadore Vol. 1 (2010): The first print graphic novel edition of the popular online webcomic that mixes adventure, hijinks and magic! Christian, an evil, corporate vampire, has lit the day candle, which allows vampires to walk in the sun. Vampire hunter Celadore now must destroy the candle - but her soul has been bounced into the comatose body of Evelyn Massey, an 11-year-old girl. Plagued by Evelyn's ghost, Celadore is joined by Sam, an overeager next door neighbor, and her old posse: Jams, a Frankenstein-like creature; Wax, Celadore's ex-boyfriend; and Ness, Celadore's business partner, tooth fairy and masseuse. Adventure, hilarity and surprises ensue in a world where even magic isn't safe from capitalism.
