Synopsis
**From the best-selling horror video game comes the origins of an iconic Killer - The Hillbilly.
When a rookie cop stumbles across the face of true evil, it’ll take all his might to survive.**
NYT-bestselling and Eisner nominated writer Derek Fridolfs, explores the tragic origins of one of Dead by Daylight's original Killers. With bold, graphic art from Dean Kotz and Allison Hu, step into the twisting politics of the rust belt in the 1970s and the dark secrets kept behind closed doors and locked away in the dark.
When police officer Darnell Hollis makes the largest drugs bust in his small town's history, his success draws the attention of City Hall. On the fast track to success, this could be life-changing for Hollis and his young family.
But being part of an elite group of deputies takes its toll on Hollis, who's haunted by horrific visions of violence and viscera in waking nightmares. And on Coldwind Farm, Hollis is confronted by a monster of a man who is kept in a dark room and lives for the slaughter. In the dense fog, a man named "Boy" tests the strengths of his chains, waiting for the day he'll break free...
