Synopsis
Young mecha pilot Tetsuo survives the last great battle against an alien horde. They lost…Rutile’s abilities turn people into what they think is the most powerless, and now everyone at Kotohogi Mall has turned into puddles of goop and debris! That is, everyone but Tetsuo, who thinks the most powerless entity is himself. Will Tetsuo be able to stop Rutile’s destruction and revert everyone back to normal? And what will become of Rutile’s feelings for Yukio?
